33 Uncommon Exercises For Gymnastics Conditioning - GREAT FULL BODY Stretches Routine

Hey!
In this guide I show you a sequence (in difficulty order) of GREAT bodyweight drills for joints strengthening and full body conditioning targeted also to increase your flexibility on lower, middle and upper body, the most of stretches are quite uncommon but are really effective and for me they were really usefull and you should probably add these to your prehab workout too!!!
the video will end with a little split routine, only for fun, but I decided to add it cuz the kind of exercises are really similar (flexibility while challenging strength).
