For most buyers, the very first showing happens online. If the photos don't grab their attention, they may never schedule an in-person tour.

That's why professional photography is one of the investments I make when marketing a listing. Good photos showcase the home's best features, create more interest, and help attract the right buyers from the start.

That said, great photos alone won't sell a home. Pricing, marketing, condition, and negotiation all matter too. But if buyers never click on the listing, none of those things get a chance to work.
