One thing I like to do at my open houses is set out an anonymous suggestion box. Buyers can fill out a quick questionnaire and drop it in privately.

Why? Because a lot of people won’t say what they’re really thinking face-to-face. They don’t want to feel awkward, offend the seller, or have an uncomfortable conversation.

But honest feedback is valuable. It helps sellers understand how buyers are seeing the home and what may need to be adjusted to get it sold.

Sometimes the smallest details can make the biggest difference. If I’m representing your home, I want real answers....not polite silence.
