Sticky Rice Waffles!

Waffled savory sticky rice! The crunchy-chewy texture contrast is amazing. To make the sticky rice, I basically use my Instant Pot sticky rice recipe as a guide (linked in bio), but I cook the rice in my Zojirushi rice cooker instead. So I use the rice cooker’s measuring cup to measure 2 cups of rice and then fill the water up to the “2” line for sweet rice. Then I use the same amount of flavoring ingredients and seasonings as specified in my IP sticky rice recipe. You can totally freestyle your own sticky rice for this!
