Flowing Vinyasa | 20 Minutes Yoga Flow To Get Sweaty

Hey my beautiful souls there,

here is another yoga flow for you. This is not neccesarily a beginner flow, so make sure if you are a beginner to move very mindful or take a beginner video with me :)
We move through a 20 minute Vinyasa Flow at a faster pace to get the heart rate up and maybe sweat a bit.
Always be mindful while moving in and out of the poses. Take a break whenever you need to.

Try to stay breathing. I hope you enjoy is as much as I did.
