Across the land, across the mountains, or across the sea, over the night-wire we feel the call of a loving heart. ♫

The song is about how the heart of one senses the heart of another, despite what great distances may separate them. This most often happens between twins and mothers and children who ares separated by great distances, yet somehow, they can sense each other, especially when the other is in great danger or has been hurt.
