RELAXING WATER SOUNDS | 60mins of Gentle Stream - Sleep - Meditation - Ambience 4k ASMR

Relax with beautiful water sounds that I recorded in this video in the mountains near Ciccioni, a small fraction of Stellanello, a little village on the north-west side of the Ligurian coast.
The location is only 15 km from the seafront, but the landscape changes quite suddenly, going from olive trees to pine, oak and chestnuts.

I filmed in early afternoon hours because the light and atmosphere around these wonderful places offered a better immersive experience.
You can also notice a small insect (a little out of focus)on the rock on the left side of the screen that never left the scene.

The gentle sound of the water stream and the surrounding landscape are so pleasant and relaxing that can help to meditate or even fall a sleep.
Tuning in with nature through our senses, can help our feelings and emotions find good balance.
