Different Cutting Feedrates Fusion360 with a 6mm bit
This video is about different cutting feedrates. Sometimes it's not quite clear on what speed to use and how fast the machine would actually move. Since fusion360 does not simulate actual speed in the simulation I find it hard to imagine how fast the machine would run.
This is to create some sense of understanding how the cutting feedrate numbers are related to actual movement.
The demo shows different cutting feedrates with the same contourprocess. Also the same diameter router bit is used; 6mm.
Each cam process runs over 20cm in length and 1 cm in width, back and forth.
Hope this helps!
