1) 泰式鸡Thai Style Chicken

Ingredients 配料 :
½ Chicken ½只 鸡
30g Galangal 30克 蓝姜
3 Small red onion, minced 3粒 小洋葱, 切碎
6 Small green chilli 6条 小青辣椒
½ Green lemon ½粒 青柠檬
2 Lemongrass 2条 香茅
8 Kaffir lime leaves 8片 酸酐叶

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油

2) 蒜蓉芥兰 Baby KaiLan with Garlic

Ingredients 配料 :
300g Baby KaiLan 300克 小芥兰
3 Garlic, minced 3粒 蒜头, 切碎

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon HuaDiao Wine 1汤匙 花雕酒

3) 香炸虾饼 Crispy Prawn Fitters

Ingredients 配料 :
200g Self-raising flour 200克 自发面粉
1 tablespoon Tapioca flour 1汤匙 木薯粉
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
1 teaspoon Oil 1茶匙 油
200ml Water 200毫升 水
40g Chives 40克 韭菜
400g White shrimp 400克 小白虾
