2021 03 29 Zcam E1 3d Camera Rig Rundown - VR180

This video is a rundown of the Zcam E1 twin 3d rig. If you are looking for a long conversation about a 3d camera that you can build, this is the video for you. The basis for this rig is two Zcam E1 cameras. Any E1 cameras can be synced using the iZugar dongles. He doesn't have them on the product page, but its possible he will sell them to you without buying the camera. There are pros and cons to this rig and that is what i cover. The big question is, why don't you just buy the new zcam k2 pro, well, its not cheap for one, it does not allow any variation of lens spacing. I believe you cant remove the lenses from that rig and put your own on there. Even if you could, its currently $6000. You can buy zcam e1 cameras used on ebay for about $250 each. I have m43 lenses already, so for about $700, I put this rig together. My rig works and you can do vr180 or normal 3d, it just depends on what lens you want to use.

Power cables are 3.5mm x 1.35mm that goes into the camera. I just wired them to usb plugs.
