How to Shoot, Edit and View a 3d Video using Gopro Dual Hero

This is a very brief demo of the full lifecycle involved to shoot, edit and view a 3d video. This video shows all the major steps. Its easy and the gopro dual hero system is a pretty good 3d camera. There are various 3d cameras out there and they all follow the same basic workflow regardless of the software you are using. I will have a more in depth video of how to process 3d videos using Vegas which gets into more things like setting the stereo window for popout and other things.

Hardware needed to do everything in this video:
Two Gopro Hero 3+ Black cameras, used on ebay for $150 each
Gopro Dual Hero system, $200 from gopro
Gopro Studio software, its free
Nvidia 3dVision Kit, this is the glasses
Nvidia compatible video card for 3dvision, I use a GTX970, but there are cheaper ones
Asus VG278H 3d display, there are much cheaper 3d displays also

Remember, Hero 3+ Blacks are the only compatible Gopro cameras for the Dual Hero System.
