WEIGHT LOSS FAQ'S:

1. How tall are you? 5’3

2. Do you count calories? No. I found that when losing weight for me it's all about moderation + portion control. I pretty much know what works for my body at this point without counting calories

3. How much weight have you lost? I started out at 175lbs in June 2018 and then I was around 130-132lbs up until September 2020 I gained around 10lbs because of quarantine but recently started back up with eating better & working out & lost 5lbs! So my weight loss journey has always been up & down so know that it happens but just keep going :)

4. What made you go vegan? After watching Forks Over Knives and What The Health on Netflix I started to make some changes in 2016. Also when my husband Hector was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 3 years ago we both became even more strict with our food.
-- (We still of course have room for improvement we are NOT perfect with how we eat by any means.)

5. When did you start noticing results? It took me about 3 months to really start seeing a big difference. Results take LOTS of time & PATIENCE is key. I still struggle to this day but I am a work in progress.
