Easy butter scones/Soft and fluffy scones

Ingredients
3/4 cup Sour cream/plain yogurt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2+1/2 cup Cake flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 Tablespoons caster sugar I ended up using 3 Tablespoons
125g butter or margarine grated( cold)

bake at 180 degrees
15-20 minutes
