Not just in the new sourcing or the investing, but also the portfolio management and talking to potential new LPs for the next few funds to come? I think the biggest difference, although it's not that big a difference I spend a bit less time directly researching each and every deal. · You know, I still do that, but we have a lot of folks who also dig into companies. I spend more time now believe it, not just talking. if you look at my average day I have meeting, meeting, meeting, and each meeting is talking, like right now I'm talking. which is very odd you know, coming from my background running companies or before that being an engineer.
