Nam Prik Kapi (Shrimp Chilli Paste) Sambal Belacan

Nam Prik Kapi, or Shrimp Chilli Paste, is spicy, and funky, with an acquired fragrance and smell that goes so well with raw veggies. This recipe is one that I'd make on the occasion that I want some cleansing in my digestive system. Enjoy! Ingredients & Utensils ↓

Nam Prik Kapi (Shrimp Chilli Paste)
Ingredients:

40g of spicy bird’s eye chillies/ cili padi kampung

45g of Turkey berry, or pea eggplants:
