The Asahi Broadcasting Group Holdings Corporation, or ABC, is a certified broadcasting holding company based in Osaka in Japan. ABC was founded in 1951 to oversee ABC Radio, which started operations on 1010 kHz in November that same year.

ABC entered television on 1 March 1959 with the help of NJB (New Japan Broadcasting - the present-day Mainichi Broadcasting System), on channel 6 under the name Osaka Television, or OTV. When MBS started their own TV station on channel 4, ABC took full control of channel 6 (JONR-TV). The station was affiliated to TBS until 30 March 1975, when shareholder issues with the Asahi Shimbun prompted an affiliation swap with MBS, leading to ABC becoming the flagship station of the All-Nippon News Network (ANN), along with NET (now known as TV Asahi) in Tokyo.

It was initially a unified radio and television broadcaster serving in the Kansai region, but on 1 April 2018, ABC restructures itself into a holding company, which resulted in the radio broadcasting business being taken over by the Asahi Radio Broadcasting Corporation, while the Asahi Television Broadcasting Corporation then took over ABC's TV license.

"Ohayo Asahi Desu", meaning "Good Morning Asahi", is ABC's flagship weekday morning infotainment program that has been a beloved staple in Osaka and across the Kansai region since 1979. Airing every Monday through Friday, the show delivers essential daily information - ranging from news, sports, and entertainment to weather forecasts and horoscopes - along with the latest trending topics.
