40 mins ski specific workout with mobility, dynamic warm up, a circuit of ski specific and a circuit of pilates exercises all with limited equipment so you can do this workout at home! All you need is one Dumbbell or Kettlebell, one yoga mat, one cushion/pillow, one foam roller or tennis ball and a chair.
