Shoulder + Neck Relief Yoga (Slow Flow) 💪🧘‍♀️

Many of you have been asking for a yoga class specifically for shoulders — and I hear you.

If you’re dealing with things like:
• neck tension
• tight upper traps
• weakness around the shoulders
• tingling down the arms
…this series is for you.

🎥 Today’s class is a slow flow that focuses on:
✅ strengthening the back body (upper back + postural muscles)
✅ stretching the front of the chest (pecs + front shoulders)

The goal: more space, better support, and less tension, without rushing or cranking into stretches.

In the next few days, I’ll share two more shoulder-focused practices:
1. a very relaxing version (if today feels like “okay wow, that’s enough”)
2. a more challenging class with a bit more weight-bearing (I’ll explain when it’s posted)
