Trailer: The Time for Speed is Now

NEAM's Rick Cleary hosts CEO Greg Bruell and COO Peter Schmidt as they present Transcend Air's High Speed VTOL Vy aircraft family at the New England Air Museum's first post-quarantine Business After Hours event on April 7, 2022.

On display was one of Transcend's 1:5th scale flying prototypes, surrounded by historic aircraft powered and/or built by Transcend partners GE and Kaman. John Martin, Director of Turboshaft Advanced Programs at GE Aviation, connected GE's historic achievements on display at the Museum with their interest in the future envisioned by Transcend, while Will Zmyndak, Vice President and General Manager at Kaman Aerosystems, spoke of his excitement for the potential of the Vy 400 to extend Kaman's own historic legacy of innovation in the rotorcraft business.
