How to Create an Effective Vision Board

I'm a true believer in manifesting what you want out of life and creating vision boards is a fun part of that process.

HOW TO CREATE AN EFFECTIVE VISION BOARD.
1. Journal dreams into plans.

2. Decide whether you want to work on a specific theme, or a broader board with quadrants.

3. Grab a stack of magazines, print google images/Pinterest boards. Cut out whatever calls to you.

4. Write mantras, quotes, & any other text that inspires feelings of confidence, action, & momentum.

5. Be selective in architecting the board.

6. Spend time with your vision board. Put it somewhere you can see every single day! If you don't want to hang it up in your house, take a photo of it and put as your phone background.

WHAT YOU NEED.
1. Any kind of board (cork, poster board, pin board)

2. Scissors

3. Tape or glue stick

4. Markers, stickers, or any other embellishments to deck out your board
Magazines and/or printed images from the Internet

5. Last but not least, TIME! Give yourself a stress-free hour or two to put your board together. You can even make a party out of it and do with a friend or partner.
