速發酵母 3.5g instant dry yeast
鮮奶 140g fresh milk
淡忌廉 30g whipping cream
糖40g sugar
牛油 28g butter
鹽2g salt
奶油 Buttercream Ingredients:
無鹽牛油100g unsalted butter
室溫淡忌廉 50g fresh cream
糖霜 15g icing sugar
幼鹽 1g salt
