大家好，我是HANA。在韓國生活後越來越愛吃這個血腸湯飯，血腸是韓國人很愛吃的食物，它是用豬血、韓國粉絲及雜菜做的，雖然不是所有人都喜歡，不過我也拍了影片分享給我在香港的其中一位朋友(她很愛吃血腸湯飯)，這個影片分享了血腸湯飯的簡單做法，我用了現成牛骨湯或可以用豬骨湯，因為如果要自己煲就要太久了，我用的材料在香港住的話應該在尖沙咀金巴利道也可以購買得到吧。

Hi, I'm Hana. Since living in Korea I love eating this Sundae Korean blood sausage soup, it is one of Korean favourite food, it is made with pig blood, korean glass noodles and some vegetable, even though not everyone will like this recipe, I made this video to share with one of my friend in Hong Kong because she really love this soup and asked me if I could teach her. I made this recipe more simple by using ready to use pork/beef bone soup, if we have to boil and make it all from scratch it will take too long, if you are living in Hong Kong you should be able to buy the ingredients I used in this video in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kimberly Road.
