Pride Of The Fleet 4 - (RAN Rates and Categories Explained)

At the beginning of 1981 the RAN used a series of short video TV ads for an aggressive Recruiting Campaign. Much of the footage was shot aboard DDG HMAS BRISBANE. (even when it is telling you it isn't) I was serving in BRISBANE at the time. The film grew spent alot of time aboard. Leut Ralph McDonald was the PR Officer and I was his 'offsider' Petty Officer.
