A newspaper reporter attempts to track down Pierre LaRue, a mysterious criminal with red-stained eyes and leader of a gang of savage serial killers empowered by a scientist’s power-enhancing enzyme. The scientist regrets having made his discovery as it threatens the life of his daughter Florence.

About 1/3 of the original reels of this serial are lost but some of the serial was discovered literally frozen in the ice in Alaska.

This is the first reel of Chapter 2 with a few titles at the end explaining what happened in the rest of the episode.

It is not fully restored and you can see some damage in parts of it, some of which may be removable.
