Cupcake Ingredients:

2 3/4 Cups Sifted Cake Flour
2 1/2 Baking Powder
2 Cups Sugar
1 - 3oz box strawberry jello
1 cup unsalted butter
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 TBS vanilla
1/2 cup strawberry purée**

I wanted a NEW strawberry cake recipe and here was my result! It was moist, but a bit too sweet, so I would add 1/4 tsp salt to counter some of that sweetness OR use unsweetened frozen strawberries!!
