“’Whiteness Training’ Is Divisive And Controversial” | White Men Fear Losing Work Over DEI

Over a third of young white men in Britain fear they are missing out on promotions due to their race and gender, a new JL Partners poll has found.

The survey revealed 36% feel held back at work, while 41% worry they could be sacked for saying the wrong thing. Nearly half (46%) now avoid making jokes or giving honest feedback out of fear it may hurt their careers.

Commentators warned the findings show many men feel they are “walking on eggshells” and that this frustration is driving some towards populist figures and influencers like Andrew Tate.

The poll surveyed 823 white adult men across the UK and was commissioned for a new podcast series, White Men Can’t Work.
