40 MIN LOWER BODY YOGA SCULPT WORKOUT | Standing Strength, Balance & Burn
Hi team! Welcome back to our Sculpted Summer series ☀️
Today’s 40 minute Lower Body Yoga Sculpt workout is all about building strength, stability, and endurance through our legs, glutes, and core.
This class leans heavily into the strength side of Yoga Sculpt with weights, longer sequences, and unilateral work.
Expect your heart rate to rise and to Get SWEATY 🔥 (I mean it… my hair gets crazy halfway through 😂)
The majority of this workout is standing, with some mat work mixed in to keep those legs and glutes working from every angle.
✨ Level: Intermediate–Advanced*
✨ Style: Power Yoga Sculpt (Standing!)
✨ Equipment:
• Light dumbbells (I use 1.5 kg / 3 lb)
• Medium dumbbells (I use 3 kg / 7 lb)
✨ Optional/ Recommended: Ankle weights
*Everything is modifiable. Take breaks when needed and make the workout your own.
