What does the US want from the war with Iran?

After attacking Venezuela earlier this year, the United States struck another key supplier to the Chinese economy. In 2025, more than 80% of Iranian oil exports went to China. It is also a key node in the New Silk Road trade route.

American financial capital wants to control Middle Eastern oil, trade routes, and markets. All while strengthening its hand against China and the European Union.

All talk of ‘freedom’ as their goal while bombing Iran makes no sense. During the mass protests earlier this year, the Islamic Republic murdered thousands of its citizens. The United States and Israel negotiated with Tehran and waited, using the protests as a bargaining tool. Only afterwards did they strike, hoping to weaken Iranian capital and force it to surrender.

The objective is subordination: either Tehran submits under the same guise, or a pro-Western coup replaces it. But preferably the existing state structure should remain intact for later exploitation.

This war is not about freeing Iranians. It’s about oil, trade routes, markets, and a weaker Chinese bloc.
