Bibim Naengmyeon is one of our ultimate FAVORITE Korean dishes to enjoy during the very hot Seoul summers :) Here's the ingredients if you'd like to try it for yourself:

■ 2 person serving:

- Sauce
Gochujang 2Tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2Tbsp
Sugar 1Tbps
Apple cider vingar 2 Tbsp
Red pepper powder 1Tbsp
Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
Sesame oil 1Tbsp
Sesame seeds 1/2Tbsp
Plum extract 1 Tbsp
Pear juice OR Sprite 50ml

Buckwheat noodles 300g
Half a cucumber
2 boiled eggs

**Radish pickles (optional)

Korean radish or Daikon 300g
Sugar 2Tbsp
Apple cider vinegar 4Tbsp
Salt 1/3Tbsp
Red pepper powder 1/2Tbsp

1.Thinly slice radish
2.Add sugar and salt first and mix them together
3.Leave it out for at least 20 min
4.Add vinegar
5.Add hot pepper paste
6.You can eat right away too, but I would recommend to put it in the refrigerator for a day :)
