This video shows an industrial PCB recycling production line designed for processing waste printed circuit boards, computer motherboards, mobile phone boards, TV boards, and other electronic scrap.

The system uses a fully dry physical separation process to efficiently separate metals and non-metals from PCB waste, turning e-waste into high-value recycled materials.

🔹 Core recycling process

1️⃣ Multi-stage crushing & liberation
PCB boards are crushed step by step to fully liberate metals from resin and fiberglass.

Primary crushing: ≤10mm

Secondary fine grinding: 0.5–2mm

Optional ultra-fine milling: 0.1–0.5mm
The entire crushing system is sealed with negative pressure to prevent dust leakage.

2️⃣ Multi-stage separation system
Different separation technologies are combined to maximize recovery efficiency:

Magnetic separation → iron removal

Air separation → light resin fiber separation

High-voltage electrostatic separation → copper & precious metals recovery

Eddy current separation → aluminum and non-ferrous metals

3️⃣ Environmental protection & final products

Pulse dust collection system for fine dust control

Activated carbon adsorption for VOC treatment

Final products: copper powder, precious metal concentrates, resin & fiberglass powder
