Rock, roll or score a goal

The players are Rockstars. The coach is their agent who tells them to Rock, Roll, or score a goal!
Players dribble around awaiting the coaches command. When the coach shout;
• Rock – The players use the inside of both feet to rock the ball side to side
• Roll – Players use the sole of their foot to roll the ball sideways, forwards, backward.
• Goal – Players find an opportunity to strike into one of the goals.
Coaching Points:
• Close Control
• Timing of shot
• Ask players to do a Rockstar celebration after they score, Knee slide, headbanging, Air guitar, play the drums, or the horns hand gesture.
• Positioning to score
• Rebounds!
Progression:
• After coach shouts, “goal” count down from 5 and explain the importance of taking chances quickly.
