Hip Exercises You NEED for Balance

Looking to increase your hip strength? Do you need to improve your balance?

Here is a MUST do hip exercise that can do both! Best part: It requires no exercise equipment.

Place one knee on a bench. The other leg is kept straight and the foot is on the floor. Raise that leg up and bring it over the bench. Raise the leg up high enough so that it is at the level of your torso. Then lower the foot until it touches the floor on the opposite side of the bench. Next, raise the leg and bring it back to the starting position. Repeat for 15 reps and then perform on the opposite side.

The best part of this exercise is that it works both hips at the same time!
