Dying Wedding Veil from White to Ivory with Coffee Instead of Tea

Are you having trouble with your veil!? How I dyed my white veil into ivory. I bought this beautiful cathedral veil (Ivory) on amazon. I received it a month a half before my wedding date and realized when I opened the package that my veil was not ivory, it was white. So I emailed the company I purchased from amazon and told them I ordered an ivory veil but they sent me a white veil. The seller apologized to me and told me he would make a new veil in ivory to match my wedding dress and send me another one free of cost. I received my order the second time the week before my wedding and when I opened the package, I found a gold veil instead of Ivory. At this point, I seriously didn't know where to find a cathedral veil last minute in the US that didn't cost me less than $500. Thankfully during the final fitting of my wedding dress my seamstress told me to try coffee dying my veil. She told me that coffee dying would be better that tea dying because my veil is tulle with a lot sequences on it. Well, I decided to take the risk and coffee dye my veil and it turned out perfect. I made this video to help all the brides out who might have ordered a veil online that turned out to be white instead of ivory.
I used 4 cups of strong coffee and combined it with 6 cups of cold water. Let me know if you have any questions. Hope this helps!
