Can we unlock horsepower from a stock 2021 Honda Trail 125 by removing the spark arrestor?

YOU ALL ARE NOT WATCHING THE WHOLE VIDEO AND ARE COMPLETELY OVERREACTING TO THIS! SKIP TO 9:40 IF YOU FIND YOURSELF GETTING ANGRY!

Ok, let' me explain the above rant.

FACTS: read this and check back in before commenting on the spark arrestor laws:
https://www.fs.fed.us/eng/pubs/html/03511307/03511307.htm

WHY I DID THIS?
I removed the spark arrestor and ran it up and down my public road for two miles to see if it did anything. This is no different than me riding my Monkey or Grom down the same road with my aftermarket pipes that don't have any arrestors in them, and NOT ONE PERSON complained about that in ANY of my tons of exhaust videos for the Monkey. Why are you so worked up about the spark arrestor not being on the bike for this short test? If you watched to 9:40, you'll see that I didn't like it and tell you that I'm putting it back in. Chill.

UNDERSTAND THE SPARK ARRESTOR AND IT'S PURPOSE
A spark arrestor is a USDA (U.S. department of agriculture) Forestry Service approved device that is required to be installed on an OHV (off-highway vehicle) if it is to be ridden on U.S. controlled public lands (An off-highway vehicle must be equipped with a spark arrester that is approved by the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, a braking system, and a muffler, all in operating condition.) There is no mention of the spark arrestor being required on an on-road registered motorcycle. Honda was doing us all a good-deed by including this on the Trail as they knew it was very likely to be taken on a U.S. publicly owned trail system, and wanted to be certain it was complying with any requirements. Is this needed for street riding? No. Does the Grom and Monkey have OEM spark arrestors? No. Don't judge so hard until you understand the nature of why a spark arrestor is there in the first place.

Now that you've made it this far, here's my story:

The Concept:
Did you know there was even a removable spark arrestor bolted into the back of the 2021 Honda Trail 125/CT-125 exhaust pipe? I figured this out when I was reading the owners manual and it said it might need periodic cleaning to maintain performance. The first thing that popped into my head was "free horsepower?!" Typically exhaust restrictions limit exhaust flow and hinder the horsepower capabilities from this. If on a carbureted bike, opening up the exhaust and dialing in some more fuel via the air/fuel mixture screw will net a little power increase for no cost at all. I wanted to see if this was the case on the new Honda CT-125, but also knew I couldn't "dial in" more fuel because it is electronic fuel injected and this isn't possible. The results were pretty interesting, let me know what you think when you finish the video!
