💡Quick Skill Leaning: Freestyle Muscle Up
Step 1️⃣: Get a good swing.
Step 2️⃣: Toes to bars with momentum to get used to the movement.
Step 3️⃣: Assisted one leg Muscle up simulation. Push your body as close as possible to the bar while translating the energy of your falling legs in the upward direction.
Step 4️⃣: Negative Freestyle Muscle up to Muscle Up. This exercise is very advanced. The goal is to use as little strength as possible.
‼️Major advice: After jumping on the bar. Make yourself as long as possible and at the front point of return use the momentum to bring your legs upwards and transfer the energy through your whole body!
Practice makes perfect.
