Reading and listening require effort, focus and passion, and to some teenagers they may not seem like something they want to work at, especially since there is a world of electronic temptations out there that require far less effort and may seem at first to be a lot more entertaining. Yet good reading and listening skills are essential for our students’ future. In this webinar, Herbert Puchta looked at a range of practical ideas and strategies to raise students’ motivation, and to improve their intensive reading and listening skills. He also demonstrated how you can give your students fascinating insights into what happens in the brain when they read.
