Mushroom Truffle Daiquiri:
First make syrup
2 parts broth
1 part sugar
Now make the drink
In shaker
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Mushroom Syrup
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Lime Juice
2 oz. -or- 50 ml. Light Rum (Bacardi)
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with a whisp of truffle oil

Pho Mango Bourbon Sour:
First make syrup
.25 cup broth
.25 cup sugar
Add basil, ginger and a splash of white vinegar
Now make the drink
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Pho Syrup
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Mango Juice
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Bourbon (Yellowstone)
1 Egg white
Dry shake
Add ice and shake again
Strain into glass
Garnish with basil leaf and star anise

Thai Chicken Nigroni:
Freeze some Thai Chicken soup into ice cubes
Add Thai ice cube to rocks glass
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Gin (Tanqueray)
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Campari
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Sweet Vermouth (Antica)
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Thai Chicken Broth
Stir
Garnish with orange and lime twist
