There's nothing like a walk along the seafront on a fresh sunny morning, so we packed up our cameras, drove to North Yorkshire and had a wander along one of our favourite promenades in the whole of England, sunny Scarborough England!

Although a few new things have been added over the years this is still the Scarborough I grew up to know and love. It still feels the same. A traditional seaside holiday destination for many and still popular to this day!

We have filmed this one to show how the town is getting ready for the new holiday season and to show you that this wonderful place is ready to welcome you all into their hotels, bed and breakfasts and guesthouses for a summer stay here.

There is still the fishing industry here in Scarborough, working hard to bring in the seafood and fish catch of the morning for the fish and chip shops here, and supplying the restaurants, cafes and tea rooms in the town and beyond.

In this video we see all the famous landmarks and sights from Scarborough Castle to the harbour, amusement arcades, lifeboat house, the new big wheel, the harbour, beach, lighthouse and of course the imposing majestic Scarborough Grand Hotel that we all know and love. You even get a glimpse of the cliff lift tramway that runs between the Grand Hotel and the amusement arcade.

As you can see in the video Scarborough is starting to finally get visitors and holidaymakers coming back after the recent issues, and it's great to see whether you come for a day trip or a full holiday

Scarborough is a holiday town in North Yorkshire, England. It has a historic castle, spa, open air theatre, harbour and lighthouse and has been a family holiday favourite for years.
