Predator 3500 Watt Generator - Unboxing, Prep, & Startup
As always, be sure to check out www.remodelyourrv.com for much more information.
Let's get to it...
I was in need of a new generator for the RV and finally settle on the Predator 3500 Watt from Harbor Freight.
I wanted something at least big enough to run the A/C efficiently if needed. I also wanted it to be fairly quiet, which I know is subjective.
In this video, I go through the process of unboxing, prepping, and starting it up for the first time. There are a few things (steps) you have to go through prior to cranking it up the first time.
They aren't difficult, but adding oil, fuel, stabilizer, and hooking up the battery if you want to use the electric start, all come into play.
My initial impressions are that the Predator 3500 is good to go and will definitely suit my needs. I've used it quite a bit since purchasing and I haven't been let down to date.
