20 Min Legs & Glutes Workout / With Kettlebell / Marathon Feb Day 4

Toned legs, round BOOTY and strength are guaranteed with this routine! If you want to grow your Glutes and tone your Legs then try this workout.
Make sure you warm up before jumping into it and get the weight suitable for yourself. I would advise going heavier every two weeks to see faster results or increase intensity by other way (ask me if not sure how). If you want BIG BUTT and stunning LEGS then look no further! This workout can be done at home as well as in the gym!
High intensity, burning fat and gaining strength and improving endurance and flexibility.
Make sure you are warmed up, have your water with you and drink plenty after the workout and throughout the day. And remember that Mind and Muscle connection!
5 rounds x 4 exercises = 20 mins
Keep the pace up and remember always:
1. Keep form right
2. Keep breathing
3. Never stop before the beep as we work on internal training and need to work for the entire duration.
4. And don't skip your COOL DOWN and STRETCHING
5. Have FUN
