6 Min HIIT Full Body Workout For Weight Loss ( No Equipment / No Repeats)
6 Minutes High Intensity Full Body Workout for Weight Loss! Let's burn calories and fat, get stronger, improve endurance, balance and coordination, get toned, get leaner and most importantly HAVE FUN!
No repeats, no equipment and no rest. We are moving from one exercise to another every 30 seconds and at the end we will be out of breath and proud of ourselves.
Here it goes:
1. Burpee
2. Mountain climber - six pack abs are on their way
3. Squat jumps - powerful jumps up
4. Side to side push up
5. Donkey jump to jump up
6. Four high knees (4 each side) to star jump
7. Side plank to leg raise (Right side)
8. Side plank to leg raise (Left side)
9. Reverse ab curl to forward jump
10. Four jump lunges to competition burpee (all the way to the floor)
11. Sweeper - abs are on fire here
12. Bicycle
WELL DONE ❤️❤️❤️
Make sure you COOL DOWN and STRETCH after the workout!
