Fieldale Baked Chicken
In the video I keep calling the chicken Fairdale, please forgive the mistake, I'm old.
The chicken brand is FIELDALE CHICKEN. I purchased it at a BI-LO supermarket.

For a 4.50 lb. chicken, bake for 15 minutes at 475 degrees, lower the temperature to 375degrees and continue baking for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Internal temperature should be minimum of 170 degrees.
