Geräusche Steuerkette LR4 5.0 V8 (VVT Problem)

Wichtig: Die Geräusche treten nur zeitweise auf, nicht dauerhaft! Der Motor läuft nach etwas Standzeit kurzzeitig sauber und ruhig. Das Problem ist recht klar im Bereich der Steuerketten/Nockenwellensteuerung zu suchen. Der Verdacht ist, dass es Probleme mit den variablen Nockenwellenverstellern gibt, evtl. sind die VVTs innerlich verstopft oder die zwischen VVTs und Nockenwelle befindlichen kleinen Minifilter fürs Öl. 

Important: The noises only occur temporarily, not permanently! The engine runs cleanly and quietly for a short time after being idle for a while. The problem is clearly to be found in the area of the timing chain/camshaft control. The suspicion is that there are problems with the variable camshaft adjusters, perhaps the VVTs are clogged internally or the small mini filters for the oil located between the VVTs and the camshaft are not free.
