왜 저의 첫 ‘미식 투어’에 포함됐는지 궁금하신가요?
Well, imagine having a whole Korean tojeong-dak (traditional Korean chicken)
한국의 토종닭이 코스 형식으로
presented in a course style menu.
다양하게 나온다고 생각하시면 됩니다.
We start with sliced raw chicken breast and dakdong-jip (gizzard)
첫 번째 코스는 닭가슴살과 닭똥집 회로
A delicacy in the Haenam region.
해남 지역에서 즐겨 먹는 음식입니다.
presented beautifully alongside a table of handmade Haenam banchan.
직접 만든 해남 반찬들이 함께 나오고요
Next is chicken bulgogi,
다음으로는 닭불고기가 나오는데
grilled right at the table as you enjoy the first course
눈앞에서 익히면서 첫 번째 코스를 즐길 수 있습니다
after bulgogi,
불고기를 먹은 후에는
the other half of your chicken comes as boiled medicinal baeksuk (boiled chicken stew)
나머지 닭 반 마리를 한방 백숙으로 끓여 먹고
And to top it all off,
마지막으로
a warm bowl dak-juk
따뜻한 닭죽을 먹으며 식사를 마무리합니다
a thick and soul warming chicken porridge
걸쭉하고 영혼까지 따스해지는 음식이에요
When I had this for the first time,
저는 이걸 처음으로 먹었을 때
I was blown away by the experience,
