May 2013 Family Europe Trip: Rome, Italy (Part 4)

The fourth stop on our Europe trip in May 2013 was Rome, Italy.

We traveled from Paris to Rome via a Thello sleeper train. Our "room" had three bunk beds.

We spent four days in Rome and visited a number of the historic sites including:
- The Colosseum
- Vatican City (Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peters Square, St. Peter's Basilica)
- Ancient ruins at The Roman Forum
- Several famous fountains including the Trevi Fountain

We primarily walked or used the Rome Metro to get around.
