1/2 cup shrimp paste (alamang)
1/4 kilo pork belly
1 medium red onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 stalks lemongrass (pounded)
2 pieces siling haba
4 red chilis
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 cups coconut cream (unang piga)
2 cups coconut milk ( pangalawang piga)
2 cups water
3 tbsp cooking oil
