How To Make ANY Riff Heavier | Top 4 Tips

Top 4 tips that helped me write riffs and transformed them from boring into heavy.
These are just stuff I picked up while writing with the tools that most of us have access to, which are plugins, and more specifically drum samples.
I am in no way shape or form a drummer or know anything about drumming, but applying these changes to my riffs helped bring them out and made them pop more, and more importantly made them sound way heavier.

This video is aimed mostly at people like me, guitarists/solo artists who record their music by themselves, plugins are great but they do not replace real musicians. We're just working with what we have (don't hate me Glenn Fricker).
