EPISODE 3 | The easiest way to see being anxiety free

I don't look at anxiety the way that is that common. 🤪

For 30 years I didn’t even realise I had anxiety - I just did everything at SUPER SPEED, overachieved at ANYTHING I put my hands to, and organised myself (and everyone in my life) to within an inch of our lives - normal, right!!? 🤪😮‍💨

One day, it hit me HARD that this wasn’t a helpful way to live (even though it got me pretty cool external results 🤪!!)

At the height of navigating debilitating anxiety, I realised I actually needed to do something about this, so (like everything else I did in my life!!) I took anxiety SUPER SERIOUSLY; like something that could be divided and conquered.

The doctors told me how serious anxiety is.
Talk therapy talked about how serious anxiety is.
Everyone was DEAD SET on making sure that I understood the severity of my situation, only...

ALL this seriousness made it worse!

So I sought-out a new way to look at anxiety - a mesh of East and the West’s sciences (quantum physics in particular!!) and came up with a 7 Step Formula which allowed me to awaken and inner power SO IMMENSE that anxiety fecked-off eternally!!

It allowed me to expand…
Into everything I’m here to be
To do what I’m here to do
So the work I’m here to do gets to flow though.
