Today our team is taking this board and batten siding apart to fix the water damage that had appear from incorrect flashing on the roof of this Forever Home in Kennet Square Pennsylvania. To do so, we have to take the old board and batten off, address the flashing and water damage, and replace the siding with new lumber. Our team was also spackling the inside of the former poolhouse, while addressing the siding.
