The short answer is, "Yes, it has an influence." The extent of that influence and how decision making correlates with Work Style (as measured in the Octogram test) were the subject of a research paper recently accepted for publication by Teun Teunis M.D., a Research Fellow in the Orthopaedic Hand and Upper Extremity Service, Massachusetts General Hospital - Harvard Medical School.
